    Irina has always loved being creative, and feeding people is most definitely her love language. Growing up surrounded by family members who were restaurant owners, it was only natural for her to find her place in the service industry. Both sets of her grandparents, as well as her parents, owned and operated restaurants, which deeply influenced her path. Since moving up from Napa and Sonoma County in 2010, she has worked in a variety of restaurants and wineries throughout the Rogue Valley. Creating and executing unforgettable events is not just a job for her—it’s a true passion. To say she cares deeply about every one of her clients would be a serious understatement, as she invests genuine heart and dedication into each project she undertakes.

  • General Contractor and Husband Extraordinaire

    Randy and Irina have been together since 2005, sharing a strong and enduring partnership. He plays a crucial role in supporting this business, serving as the brawn behind the physical build and setup. Randy is continually learning the ins and outs of the service industry, gaining valuable experience along the way. He is always eager to help out at events, contributing his time and effort to ensure everything runs smoothly.

After years of dreaming, designing, and refining, Velvet & Tonic is finally coming to life… Our mobile bar, which is inspired by vintage romance and timeless craftsmanship, is now under construction and set to make her debut spring 2026.
